I design the infrastructure behind consistent, scalable content.

Your team is already using AI. The question is...

Is anyone governing it?

I'm Adriana. Twenty years ago I started as a writer. Somewhere along the way that turned into strategy, then systems, and now — agents.

The through-line is the same: I care about whether content actually works for the person reading it.

Here's the thing nobody says out loud: most companies have no idea what their AI is putting out there. It's writing product copy, support replies, onboarding flows — fast, constant, and completely unsupervised. Nobody's checking if it sounds like the brand or if it's even right.

That's where I come in. I build the systems that keep it in check — agents that know your terminology cold, that catch a usability problem before a user does, that fix what they can and flag what they can't. Not because AI is the enemy. Because unmanaged AI is.

AI Content Governance & Custom Agents

Your style guide is probably a PDF nobody opens. I turn it into something your AI actually follows — voice, tone, terminology, accessibility, built into the agent instead of hoped for.

Autonomous Content & Codebase Agents

These read your codebase, catch content and usability problems, rate how bad they are, and — if you're ready — fix them and push the change. No waiting for the next audit.

AI-Enabled Content Systems

AI content work falls apart the second it's a one-off. I help teams build the workflows and review processes that make it hold up past the pilot.

Content Strategy & UX CONSULTING

Everything above comes from this. Available on its own, or as the starting point if your team needs the fundamentals sorted before any of the rest makes sense.

Systems I've built

Most of what I build lives inside client codebases, so I can't post the details here. What I can tell you: every one of these started as a real problem — voice drifting as a product grew, copy issues nobody caught until a user did. Connect with me and I'll walk you through how it actually works.

Automated PR content audit

A daily automated system that scans open pull requests across multiple codebases, flags content and usability issues, and routes them to the team automatically.

Autonomous Design Centre of Excellence

A 50+ component and content governance framework, including an LLM evaluation rubric run on a recurring cadence and workflow that automatically audits copy against standards on every build.

GTM communications planning tool

A Claude-powered planning tool for go-to-market and product marketing communication, delivering on-brand content to convert prospects and drive recurring revenue.

What it's like to work with me

Siobhan J., ATB Ventures

"I recommend Adriana as a contractor to support any content strategy and creation needs you may have. [She] consistently delivers high quality work against tight and competing deadlines, juggles multiple stakeholders while maintaining a keen eye on the overarching strategy, and has the ability to see both the bigger picture and the work itself while also adapting to shifting priorities and projects. With her on your team you can rest assured that your projects will be delivered before the deadline (with a smile) and exceed your expectations."
